International Marketing Plan

 

This plan carries out a Double Interest Distribution. The First Distribution is a 20% Recommendation Bonus while the Second Distribution is based on Individual Accumulated Performance with a Favorable Discount of 30%, a Commission of 14% and an Incentive Fund of 14%.

. Explanation of Terms:

PV---------------------------------- Points of performance obtained from each purchase.

BV---------------------------------- Actual calculated performance obtained from each purchase.

Favorable Client------------------Client whose one-time or accumulated purchases reach 1100PV.

Personal Code---------------------the registration code you use at your first purchase.

System Code---------------------the code of the recommending person obtained at your first purchase.

Direct Client---------------------- Client directly recommended by you.

Indirect Client-------------------- Client directly or indirectly recommended by your Direct Client.

Individual Performance--------- Points of performance obtained from each purchase under your own name.

Accumulated Performance-----the sum of your Individual Performance and the Individual Performance of your Direct and Indirect Client.

Individual Group Performance-the sum of above Grade 6 Manager's Individual Performance and the Individual Performance of his/her subordinate Grade 1-5 salespersons of the month.

Qualified Sales Manager-------- Whoever achieves his/her required Individual Performance of the month with 3600PV of Individual Group Performance (Group Performance of the month of his/her subordinate Sales Manager should be 2000PV including 330PV of Individual Performance). Grade 6 Manager's Group Performance of the month should be 2000PV, and Grade 10 Manager's Group Performance of the month should be 16000PV.

1. Favorable Clients can enjoy a Recommendation Bonus equivalent to 20% of the

personal repeated consumption is subject to a 20% Client Discount.

Criteria: Accumulated Performance exceeds 10000PV with 220PV of Individual Performance of the month, promoted to Sales Director in the month.

Discount: 24% of BV of the portion above 10000PV and below 30000PV.

Assistant Sales Manager

Criteria: Accumulated Performance exceeds 30000PV with 330PV of Individual Performance of the month, promoted to Assistant Sales Manager in the month.

Discount: 28% of BV of the portion above 30000PV and below 60000PV.

Sales Manager

Criteria: Accumulated Performance exceeds 60000PV with 330PV of Individual Performance of the month, promoted to Sales Manager in the month.

Discount: 30% of BV of the portion above 60000PV.

Notes : This fund is only open to Grade 7-10 Managers with incentives to be given out annually.

Characteristics of the Plan:

1.Encourage personal recommendation with immediate reflection in rewards.

2.None-zero Accumulated Performance plus low performance criteria give you little pressure.

3.Double interest distribution implemented simultaneously with benefit calculation done separately.

4.Sophisticated shrinking system ensures no loss of performance data.

5.Protection for Qualified Manager avoids loss of performance by accidence.

6.Senior Managers are entitled to generous Incentive Fund.

Explanation on the Plan:

1.No double interest distribution available before Individual Performance reaches 1100PV.

2.Individual Grade assessment is based on calculation of Accumulated Performance whereas First Distribution is based on PV of the month and Second Distribution is based on BV of the month.

3.In assessing Individual Grade (above Grade 6), a Five Generation Protection mechanism is provided.

4. Group performance of the month of unqualified Manager will be shrunk to the performance of the qualified Manager above him/her, regarded as his qualified Manager's Group Performance.

5.In regions where only Second Distribution is applicable, whoever meets the criteria set in the Plan is accessible to global interest distribution provided that he/she achieves a required Individual Performance and 50% (inclusive) of his/her Group Performance of the month is based on the consumption of the designated products by the Plan.

6.25 th of each month is the settlement day, and reimbursement is made to all clients on 15 th of the following month.

7.This Plan only applies to countries and regions where it is permitted by law.

8.The company reserves the rights to interpret and amend this Plan.
